Class runs every Wednesday that school is in session Class Location: LRC Learn Chess & Build Life Skills! Join our fun, structured chess program to learn checkmating moves, tactics, strategy, and endgames while sharpening thinking skills that support success in school, sports, and beyond! The program is directed by National Chess Champion Gauri Manoj, founder of Glenview Chess. Serving Glenview schools since 2015, we’ve taught chess to 1,000+ students! Why Chess? • Boosts math, science, and creative thinking • Improves focus, impulse control and sound decision-making • Builds confidence and strategic thinking Awards: Students earn points for: • Playing games at home • Solving puzzles • Performing well in class tournaments Trophies & Prizes awarded for effort, improvement, and active participation!
